Stayed three nights at this hotel. It's a clean, basic and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We made the reservation online a month before we travelled and we requested non-smoking rooms. They were unable to provide us with these rooms and we were therefore given smoking rooms. We were disappointed by their inability to provide us with these rooms taking that we made a reservation a month before.
I'll summarize it here: Its a shrewd little hotel just outside Sandton, on major routes and close to the business and Gautrain. Its 2-star rating is deceiving, a spacious bathroom with a warm bed, tea and coffee making facilities coupled with staff who are always smiling and always willing to help. The pool is just magnificent to take a dive in as well!
This is a great business hotel if most of your meetings and dinners are at the many great restaurants in the Sandton area. Very well priced for a business man watching his expenses. Highly recommended.
