Good customer service, however, I had felt not comfortable at first for confidentiality which has been addressed and dealt with accordingly. I would like to say that my stay next time was good and looking forward to the next one in future.
I spent a day here, arriving on a morning flight, then flying out in the evening. The somewhat bland exterior masked a truly lovely hotel inside. The staff were wonderful and accommodating, the food was good, and everything - although not luxurious - just worked. When I return for longer I would certainly consider this hotel.
for the price and location of this hotel.....you can,t go wrong....4 shopping malls are close by, friendly staff and the breakfast was 10 out of 10.............i will go back there again..highly recommend you should stay there for your vacation hotel.......again very friendly staff

Location:Take the N1 Bloemfontein, you will pass: Beyers Naude, 14th ave, Gordon Rd, Maraisburg Rd, once you pass Rand Show road after going under the bridge keep left as the Golden High way off ramp is coming up, take Golden High way on left. At the robot turn left into Columbine Ave, next robot right, entrance will be the first left. |
