Booked into the Town lodge by mistake, I thought I was booking at the Road Lodge (adjacent). The staff were amazing, anticipating you need and very friendly. Even though I was on the highway side of the hotel I was not disturbed by the sound of the traffic. Huge Kudos to the staff for making a brief stay so comfortable and made me feel like a VIP.
Efficient check in, comfortable beds, interconnecting rooms for families. Secure free parking. Rooms are small. Sufficient for a one night stay before flying. Would use again. Did not have the breakfast.
This hotel checked in our group of 16 people very quickly and easily. The staff helped with our luggage which was a huge help! The rooms were all very clean and ready for us ahead of time. I think this is a good budget hotel especially for groups!
Honeymoon stayover Thank you so much to Ashleigh for the special touches on our first night of honeymoon. We stayed over for one night only on route to our final destination. Upon entering our room, a bottle of champagne, a cheese platter, as well as some coffee and chocolates awaited us. Beauty helped arrange a shuttle from the airport and made us feel welcome upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious and we were assisted by Andile who made sure we lacked nothing, offering croissants fresh from the oven. Special thanks also to Esona who assisted with the initial arrangements. We will definitely come back if ever we need to stay over in Johannesburg again.
