It was a great experience staying here for my two weeks, a warm, friendly and superb atmosphere. Your employees are superstars and amazing. Your establishment is great located and yes very clean. Fast speed wi-fi, delicious breakfast.
What a nice surprise! This Town Lodge is beautiful, clean and so close to everything. Bedding and linen excellent, bathroom beautiful with huge shower. Staff is super helpful and very friendly, swimming pool clean. We had room 117, very nice room. Safe parking, close to mall and all beaches i.e Victoria Bay, Heroldsbay and Mosselbay. We will definitely return to this hotel.
The Hotel is next to the Mall, access friendly. The lady who checked me in talked to me like she has known me for years and that was welcoming and refreshing coz it was my first time being in George ever and it set the Tone for my week there. The convenience of using Whatsapp to communicate with reception is great. Food, cleanliness, surrounding all perfect. I enjoyed my stay there.
We got the Friday deal, and had such a great experience, from the Security guards to all staff especially the talkative dining hall Manager / Supervisor, not a dull moment with him. All COVID protocols in place from the entrance and each room supplied with a small bottle of Sanitizer daily...well done on this. Hotel very clean, the ladies really take pride in their work.
