We’re not sure if working from home makes it feel worse, but at least it’s in our rear-view mirror with only blue skies and summer days ahead of us. We all watched with a heavy heart as President Cyril Ramaphosa announced South Africa’s return to lockdown level 4 this month. It is difficult, given how well things had been going, our country showing signs of turning the corner before the third wave hit us – fuelled by new variants.
